I also have a 2008 650 J LGP myself.. With a winch.. Keep an eye on the rear angle ram pin keeper bolts and the lift ones also...The trac can bump them at times break bolt.. The roller bolts 9/16 28 on LGP do break come loose often should have been 5/8th bolts.. For tree work no side screens but say it has? and the grill should have a plate with like 7/16th holes to keep out tree branches towards the rad better. They go through "4045" lift pumps easy to change.. The 6way linkage bar above the control valve can wear out tie rod ends when they go just wrap up with electrical tape till get new one..Top roller stand when it goes can wear out the curved mounting arm in a hurry. Put a glass sediment bowl on the air cleaner DONALDSON makes one to fit right on her. Half the hrs as mine it looks very good... What did it sell for they are going up in price like everything else..

Awesome jobbing. Great information . Your right , Just because it's a smaller truck , still cost almost the same to operate . Just sold my F800 , picked up a Intl 7400 , DT570 and 10 speed eaton fuller . Wish me luck .

Anyone know what the black lever is on the body of the piston housing? I have a 5200 and my lever is completely froze so I wanna do this piston job but I noticed I don’t have that outer lever. Can someone help me out

Metric is obviously the same principle, but so much easier. Everything building related is measured in millimeters.

i could tell that it was a california truck was it a truck and transfer unit? and in southern california in the 90s it was a truck show every day but thanks to the communist smog laws in california small trucking outfits are dying i miss seeing these well taken care of petes and kenworths running in cali nothing but piss trucks now

i like dumpy i kind of wish we could afford a smaller dump truck like that it would be nice to have around our property to haul some scrap off with and to slowly fill in our ravines we have. do you need a cdl for that truck as well?

Like the video, Have you ever tried using a "Lenker Rod"..also know as a direct reading rod? Makes grade reading so much easier and removes math mistakes.

I would not switch that to Hendrickson walking beam with rubber block suspension. I have it on my 94 western star and apart from being extra stable for spreading gravel and I guess low maintanace, its crap compared to air bag. Rough riding and if your going over ungerlating ground empty there isn't enough suspension movement in the wheels meaning your drive wheel can sometimes be up off the ground or not pressing down hard enough to get traction, There isn't enough movement in suspension because basicly there is no suspension it just sits in blocks. I've driven three rubber block suspension types on trucks and driven plenty with spring ride and air bags. Id go for the air bags or springs any day. Mind you in saying that if your only really working around in flat land areas its not bad but why go to the expense in changing out what is a superior suspension that you already have....

How did you get away with not using the slope feature for the swale?

Lol cables use snap rings on lower side of cables im betting you broke plastic ball on handle should be clip onall three cables on 95 model
